§ 53.1-141. Division into probation and parole districts.

The Director of the Department shall divide the Commonwealth into as manyseparate probation and parole districts as he deems necessary to carry outthe purposes of this article. The Director may change the area embraced inany probation and parole district to conform to conditions and demands asthey arise.
