§ 53.1-164. Procedure for return of parolee or felon serving a period ofpostrelease supervision.

When any parolee or felon serving a period of postrelease supervision isreturned to any facility in accordance with the provisions of § 53.1-161, heshall be held in accordance with rules of the Board of Corrections andsubject to further action of the Parole Board. The officer in charge of thefacility shall see that the Parole Board is notified promptly of each suchparolee's or felon's return.
