§ 53.1-188. Conduct records to be kept.

The Director shall keep a record of the conduct of each person confined in astate correctional facility. Each time any prisoner in a state correctionalfacility is punished, the name of the offender, the offense, the time whenthe offense was committed, and when and what disciplinary action was taken orsentence was imposed, shall be recorded in a register.
