§ 53.1-212. Cooperation in enforcement.

All courts, departments, agencies, officers and employees of thisCommonwealth and its political subdivisions are hereby directed to enforcethe Agreement on Detainers and to cooperate with one another and with otherparty states in enforcing the agreement and effectuating its purpose.
