§ 53.1-214. Authority and duty of official in charge of facility.
It shall be lawful and mandatory upon the superintendent, warden or otherofficial in charge of a state or local correctional facility in thisCommonwealth to give over the person of any prisoner thereof whenever sorequired by the operation of the Agreement on Detainers.
