§ 54.1-100.1. Department of Commerce continued as Department of Professionaland Occupational Regulation.

The Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, formerly known asthe Department of Commerce, is continued, and wherever "Department ofCommerce" is used in this Code, it shall mean the Department of Professionaland Occupational Regulation. The Board for Professional and OccupationalRegulation, formerly known as the Board of Commerce, is continued, andwherever "Board of Commerce" is used in this Code, it shall mean the Boardfor Professional and Occupational Regulation.
