§ 54.1-106.1. Notification to licensees of the Board of Medicine aboutimmunity for health care services to patients of free clinics.

The Board of Medicine shall provide to its licensees a full description ofthe protection from civil liability established pursuant to § 54.1-106. Suchdescription shall explain the coverage available under the Division of RiskManagement pursuant to subsection B of § 54.1-106.
