§ 54.1-1104. Register of applicants.

The Director shall keep a register of all applicants showing their date ofapplication, name, qualifications, place of business, place of residence, andwhether such application was approved or refused. The books and register ofthe Board shall be prima facie evidence of all matters recorded therein.
