§ 54.1-1106.1. Violations of certain State Board of Health regulations;penalty.

The Board for Contractors shall consider violations of regulations of theState Board of Health relating to water wells as violations of this chapter,punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or suspension or revocation oflicense. No contractor shall be subject to the monetary penalties provided bythis section if he has been assessed a civil penalty for such violationpursuant to § 32.1-27.
