§ 54.1-1110.1. Re-examination of designated employee.

The Board shall have the power to require remedial education or may require adesignated employee to retake the examination required by this chapter, inany case where the conduct of the designated employee, while in the employ ofa licensed Class A or Class B contractor, has resulted in any disciplinaryaction by the Board against such contractor.
