§ 54.1-1115.1. Evidence of violation of the Virginia Uniform StatewideBuilding Code.

In any proceeding pursuant to § 54.1-1114, the Board shall consider anywritten documentation of a violation of the Uniform Statewide Building Code(§ 36-97 et seq.) provided by a local building official as evidence of aviolation of such building code. Such written documentation shall not beprima facie evidence of a building code violation.
