§ 54.1-2120. No waiver by Board of disciplinary action against regulant.

Nothing contained in this article shall limit the authority of the Board totake disciplinary action against any regulant for any violation of thischapter or Board regulations, nor shall the repayment in full by a regulantof the amount paid from the fund on such regulant's account nullify or modifythe effect of any disciplinary proceeding against such regulant for any suchviolation.
