§ 54.1-2204. Requirements for application for certification.

The Board may certify any applicant as a Virginia certified professional soilscientist who has submitted satisfactory evidence verified by affidavits thatthe applicant:

1. Is eighteen years of age or more;

2. Is of good moral character; and

3. Has successfully completed such educational and experiential requirementsas are required by this chapter and the regulations of the Board.
