§ 54.1-2339. Construction and development of mausoleums and garden crypts.

Within four years after the date of the first sale, a cemetery company orother seller of mausoleums and garden crypts shall be required to startconstruction or development of that undeveloped ground or section of amausoleum or garden crypt in which sales, contracts for sales, or agreementsfor sales are being made. The construction or development of such undevelopedmausoleum section or garden crypt shall be completed within five years afterthe date of the first such sale. Completed construction shall be deemedperformance for purposes of this chapter.
