§ 54.1-2354. Variation by agreement.

Except as expressly provided in this chapter, provisions of this chapter maynot be varied by agreement, and rights conferred by this chapter may not bewaived. All management agreements entered into by common interest communitymanagers shall comply with the terms of this chapter and the provisions ofChapter 4.2 (§ 55-79.39 et seq.), 21 (§ 55-360 et seq.), 24 (§ 55-424 etseq.), or 26 (§ 55-508 et seq.) of Title 55, as applicable.
