§ 54.1-2506.01. Investigation of reported violations.

The Department shall investigate all complaints that are within thejurisdiction of the relevant health regulatory board received from (i) thegeneral public and (ii) all reports received pursuant to §§ 54.1-2400.6,54.1-2400.7, 54.1-2709.3, 54.1-2709.4, 54.1-2908, or § 54.1-2909.
