§ 54.1-2705. Investigation of applicant for license.

The Board shall investigate the qualifications and truthfulness onregistration of any applicant for a license to practice dentistry or dentalhygiene, and for such purposes shall have power to send for witnesses, papersand documents, and administer oaths. The cost of such inquiry shall be borneby the applicant.
