§ 54.1-2804. Licensing authority.

The Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers is authorized to determine thequalifications to enable any person to engage in the practice of funeralservice, preneed funeral planning, funeral directing, embalming and theoperation of a funeral service establishment.
