§ 54.1-2815. Application for license; how license signed; duration.

All applications for examination for a license for the practice of funeralservice shall be upon forms furnished by the Board.

All licenses shall be signed by the president and secretary of the Board andstamped with the seal of the Board.

All licenses shall be issued or renewed for a period prescribed by the Board,not exceeding two years.
