§ 54.1-2902. Unlawful to practice without license.

It shall be unlawful for any person to practice medicine, osteopathicmedicine, chiropractic, podiatry, or as a physician's or podiatrist'sassistant in the Commonwealth without a valid unrevoked license issued by theBoard of Medicine.
