§ 54.1-2905. Biennial list of licensees.

On or before February 1 of each odd-numbered year, the Board shall prepare alist of the names and addresses of all persons to whom renewal licenses havebeen issued, classifying such names alphabetically under appropriatedesignations indicating the school of practice of each licensee. The Boardmay arrange this list or a supplemental list according to the counties andcities of the Commonwealth. The Board shall provide for the publication anddistribution of the lists or parts thereof in such manner as it may deemappropriate. All fees collected by the Board for such publication shall bedeposited in the special fund for the Department.
