§ 54.1-2913. Examinations.

The Board shall prescribe regulations governing the content, administrationand grading of examinations for each branch of the healing arts.

The Board shall ensure that the identity of an applicant corresponding to agiven examination paper is not known to members of the Board until after theapplicant has been granted or refused a license.
