§ 54.1-2955. Restriction of titles.
It shall be unlawful for any person not holding a current and valid licensefrom the State Board of Medicine to practice as a respiratory carepractitioner or to assume the title, "Respiratory Care Practitioner" or touse, in conjunction with his name, the letters "RCP."
