§ 54.1-3012. Additional power of the Board.
In addition to other powers enumerated in this title, the Board may takethose steps necessary to obtain recognition by the United States Secretary ofEducation as a reliable authority concerning the quality of education offeredby educational institutions or programs in the area of practical nursing.
