§ 54.1-3026. Renewal of certification.

Each certificate issued to practice as a nurse aide shall be renewedbiennially upon payment of any specified fee. The nurse aide shall submitproof of compliance with any requirements of law and regulation concerningcontinued employment or competence as a condition of such renewal. The Boardshall establish requirements for the renewal of certifications consistentwith federal law.
