§ 54.1-3037. Compact administration and interchange of information.

A. The head of the nurse licensing board, or his designee, of each partystate shall be the administrator of this Compact for his state.

B. The Compact administrator of each party state shall furnish to the Compactadministrator of each other party state any information and documentsincluding, but not limited to, a uniform data set of investigations,identifying information, licensure data, and disclosable alternative programparticipation information to facilitate the administration of this Compact.

C. Compact administrators shall have the authority to develop uniform rulesto facilitate and coordinate implementation of this Compact. These uniformrules shall be adopted by party states, under the authority invested bysubdivision 4 of § 54.1-3035.
