§ 54.1-3038. Immunity.

No party state or the officers or employees or agents of a party state'snurse licensing board who act in accordance with the provisions of thisCompact shall be liable on account of any act or omission in good faith whileengaged in the performance of their duties under this Compact. Good faith inthis article shall not include willful misconduct, gross negligence, orrecklessness.
