§ 54.1-3213. Issuance of license; fee; renewal.

Every candidate successfully passing the examination shall be licensed by theBoard as possessing the qualifications required by law to practice optometry.

The fee for examination and licensure shall be prescribed by the Board andshall be paid to the executive director of the Board by the applicant uponfiling his application.

Every license to practice optometry granted under the provisions of thischapter shall be renewed at such time, in such manner and upon payment ofsuch fees as the Board may prescribe.
