§ 54.1-3304. Licensing of physicians to dispense drugs; renewals.

For good cause shown, the Board may grant a license to any physician licensedunder the laws of Virginia authorizing such physician to dispense drugs topersons to whom a pharmaceutical service is not reasonably available. Thislicense may be renewed annually. Any physician or osteopath so licensed shallbe governed by the regulations of the Board of Pharmacy when applicable.
