§ 54.1-3311. Application and examination.

Every person desiring to be licensed as a pharmacist shall file with theexecutive director of the Board an application, verified under oath, settingforth the name and age of the applicant, the place or places at which, andthe time spent in, the study of pharmacy, and other information required bythe Board.

The Board shall conduct examinations of applicants for licensure at leasttwice a calendar year.
