§ 54.1-3507.3. Use of titles.

No person shall claim to be, or use the title of, a substance abuse treatmentpractitioner, a substance abuse counselor, or a substance abuse counselingassistant unless he has been licensed or certified as such pursuant to §§54.1-3507, 54.1-3507.1 or § 54.1-3507.2.
