§ 54.1-3910.1. Enforcement, etc., of costs.

Orders of the Disciplinary Board regarding unpaid costs assessed by the Clerkof the Disciplinary System pursuant to Part Six, Section IV, Paragraph 13 ofthe Rules of the Supreme Court may be recorded, enforced, and satisfied asorders or decrees of a circuit court upon certification of such order by theDisciplinary Board.
