§ 54.1-3913. State Bar Fund; receipts; disbursements.

The State Bar Fund is continued as a special fund in the state treasury. Allfees collected from the members of the Virginia State Bar as provided in §54.1-3912 shall be paid into the state treasury immediately upon collectionand credited to the State Bar Fund. All moneys paid into the Fund are herebyappropriated to the Virginia State Bar for the purpose of administering theprovisions of this article. All disbursements from the Fund shall be made bythe State Treasurer upon warrants of the Comptroller issued upon voucherssigned by an authorized officer of the Virginia State Bar in accordance withrules and regulations promulgated by the Supreme Court.
