§ 54.1-3919. Composition of Board; quorum.

The Board of Bar Examiners shall be responsible for the examination ofapplicants and otherwise ascertaining the qualifications of applicants foradmission to the bar and shall be composed of five attorneys who areresidents of the Commonwealth. Three members of the Board shall constitute aquorum for holding examinations or the transaction of other business. Theword "Board" when used in this chapter shall mean the Board of BarExaminers.
