§ 54.1-4004. Memorandum to be given pledgor; fee; lost ticket charge.

Every pawnbroker shall at the time of each loan deliver to the person pawningor pledging anything, a memorandum or note, signed by him, containing theinformation required by § 54.1-4009. A lost-ticket fee of five dollars may becharged, provided that the pawner is notified of the fee on the ticket.
