§ 54.1-4105. Record of disposition.

Each dealer shall maintain for at least twenty-four months an accurate andlegible record of the name and address of the person, firm, or corporation towhich he sells any precious metal or gem in its original form after thewaiting period required by § 54.1-4104. This record shall also show the nameand address of the seller from whom the dealer purchased the item.
