54.1-704 - Temporary licenses. - Virginia Statutes

§ 54.1-704. Temporary licenses.

The Board may issue a temporary license to any person who is eligible forexamination. Persons issued a temporary license shall be subject to theregulations of the Board.

The Board shall promulgate regulations consistent with this section to permitindividuals to be granted temporary licenses for a specified period of time.
