§ 54.1-704.2. License required for schools of barbering, cosmetology, nailcare, waxing, hair braiding, tattooing, body-piercing, or esthetics.

Except as provided in § 54.1-701, no person, firm or corporation shalloperate or attempt to operate a school of barbering, cosmetology, nail care,waxing, hair braiding, tattooing, body-piercing, or esthetics unless licensedby the Board pursuant to its regulations.
