§ 54.1-909. License as limited branch pilot.

Any apprentice may apply to the Board for a license as a limited branchpilot. The Board may grant him a license after proper examination if in theopinion of the Board the applicant is qualified. The Board may endorse on thelicense such limitations as it deems proper, and a limited branch pilot shallperform his duties of piloting and conducting vessels within the limitationsimposed by his license.
