§ 54.1-921. Quarantine detention.

If any pilot is permitted to go on board a vessel without being informed of acontagious or infectious disease on board, and is obligated to remain onboard, or perform quarantine in consequence thereof he shall be paid for eachday's detention in accordance with the rate prescribed for a day's detentionby the State Corporation Commission.
