§ 55-181. Escheator to notify State Treasurer of claim and decision.

The escheator shall certify to the State Treasurer, within sixty days afterthe end of a year from the date of such inquisition, whether any claim bypetition has been made; and if such claim be made, he shall certify thedecision thereon within sixty days after such decision.
