§ 55-210.3:3. Contents of safe deposit box or other safekeeping repository.

All tangible and intangible property held in a safe deposit box or any othersafekeeping repository in this Commonwealth in the ordinary course of theholder's business and all proceeds resulting from the lawful sale of thisproperty shall be presumed abandoned if unclaimed by the owner for more thanfive years after the lease or rental period on the box or other repositoryhas expired.
