§ 55-210.5. Deposits held by utilities.

Any deposit, including any interest thereon, made by a subscriber with autility to secure payment or any sum paid in advance for utility services tobe furnished, less any lawful deductions, which remains unclaimed by theowner for more than one year after termination of the services for which thedeposit or advance payment was made is presumed abandoned.
