§ 55-210.6:2. Refunds held by business associations.

Except to the extent otherwise ordered by a court or administrative agency ofcompetent jurisdiction any sum that a business association has been orderedto refund by a court or administrative agency which has remained unclaimed bythe owner for more than one year after it became payable in accordance withthe final determination or order providing for the refund, regardless ofwhether the final determination or order requires any person entitled to arefund to make a claim for it, is presumed abandoned.
