55-214 - Action therefor; if waste wanton, double damages.
§ 55-214. Action therefor; if waste wanton, double damages.
Any person, entitled to damages in any such case, may recover the same in anaction on the case. If it shall be found by the jury that the waste wascommitted wantonly, judgment shall be for double the amount of damagesassessed therefor.
