§ 55-248.15. Tenancy at will; effect of notice of change of terms orprovisions of tenancy.

A notice of any change by a landlord or tenant in any terms or provisions ofa tenancy at will shall constitute a notice to vacate the premises, and suchnotice of change shall be given in accordance with the terms of the rentalagreement, if any, or as otherwise required by law.
