§ 55-248.31:1. Sheriffs authorized to serve certain notices; fees therefor.

The sheriff of any county or city, upon request, may deliver any notice to atenant on behalf of a landlord or lessor under the provisions of § 55-225 or§ 55-248.31. For this service, the sheriff shall be allowed a fee not toexceed twelve dollars.
