§ 55-297. Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University designated asadministrative agency.

The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University is herewithdesignated as the authorized state agency to collect and distributeinformation, to authorize such modifications as are referred to in § 55-294,and generally to advise with and assist appropriate state and federalagencies and individuals interested in the development of the provisions ofthis chapter.
