§ 55-399.1. Proceedings before the Board.

A. Any proceeding or hearing of the Board under this chapter whereinwitnesses are subpoenaed and their attendance required for the taking ofevidence or the production of documents to ascertain material evidence, shalltake place in the County of Henrico.

B. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all hearings under thischapter shall be in accordance with the Administrative Process Act (§2.2-4000 et seq.) and shall be conducted by a hearing officer in accordancewith § 2.2-4024.
