55-465 - Meetings.

§ 55-465. Meetings.

A meeting of the association must be held at least once each year. Specialmeetings of the association may be called by the president, a majority of theexecutive board or by twenty percent or any lower percentage specified in thebylaws of the proprietary lessees. Not less than ten nor more than sixty daysin advance of any meeting, the secretary or other officer specified in thebylaws shall cause notice to be hand delivered or sent prepaid by UnitedStates mail to the mailing address of each unit or to any other mailingaddress designated in writing by the proprietary lessee. The notice of anymeeting must state the time and place of the meeting and the items on theagenda including the general nature of any proposed amendment to thedeclaration or bylaws, any budget changes and any proposal to remove adirector or officer.
